Patient Assignment

Notes
The Patient Assignment page allows a user to add clients (patients) to Priority, Sites, Clinical Team, Groups, and Phamracy assignment. 

Site, Team, Priority, Group 

All sections work the same, with different information to be added depending on each category. 

Site: This is where you will assign a patient to a site.
Team: This is where you will assign a patient/clients team. (Including Case Manager, Therapist, Provider, etc)
Priority: This section will be where you can assign their Priority and Level of Care.
Group: This is one place you can assign a patient/client to a group, in the event they will be partaking in group therapy or other group activities you will track and bill for.



1. Patient Assignment Categories: Within the Patient Assignment Page you have different categories to select from and fill in for a client. These include Group, Pharmacy, Priority, Site, and Team. 
2. All and Category filter: Here you can filter to All & Category. All allows you to view the Patient Assignment page in all in one-page format. Where you can scroll down each section. Category highlights each section at the top as shown in the screenshot and will mark the section in a different color when it's selected. 
3. Group, Priority, Site, Team History/Information: This section allows a user to see any history previously submitted. The history is composed of a table with columns labeling each section and providing historical information. 
4. Action drop-down: This will allow a user to Edit or Delete information (Depending on Securities). 
5. Group, Priority, Site, Team Input: This section allows a user to add a patient's information for the respective input. Sections here can have drop-downs to select from, or others are test fields. 




6. After filling in the information, a User can reset the page and start over again with adding information or submit and save to complete the form. 

Pharmacy


1. Pharmacy Information: The Pharmacy section does not have a historical table, this section shows you what Pharmacy a patients/client's is currently set to.
3. This will simply be where you submit the change in Pharmacy.
2. Find Pharmacy: This will pop up a new input section where you can search for a pharmacy. 
                  This additional pop up is where you can search for Pharmacies by several parameters including State, Address, And Type.
