Problem List History

 

1. Problem List History will show you a list of all diagnosis codes entered for the chart you are in.
    
2. Filter for sorting by All, Active, Inactive, and Resolved
    
3. Print List will pull up a list of All Dx codes that are pulled up based on the filter and allow you to print.
    
4. Action drop down will give you options to edit, Delete, increase or decrease precedence. 

Problem List Input

 

1. Problem Code Search will be where you enter your diagnosis code or description.
    
2. Enter diagnosis type. Either Behavioral or Physical.
    
3. Choose status as either Active, Inactive, or resolved.
    
4. Condition can either be Acute or Chronic.
    
5. Enter a start date for the diagnosis. The end date will only be needed for inactive or resolved status.
    

Program History
 

 

1. Program History will show you current and previous populations for the client.
    
2. Print list will pull a list of populations in history and format to print.
    
3. Action column gives you edit and delete options.
    

Program Input
 

 

1. Enter the population for "Type".
    
2. Enter start date for the population and end date for when you are expiring.
