Group Editor

Overview

AlertKeep in mind: Some elements may be slightly different depending on how your organization has set the Axiom environment up. Ex: Arrangement of Tab Sets, arrangement of categories within a page, or pages available to you based on roles and securities.

This video will be an overview of the navigation of the Group Editor. You will not have access to this page unless you have been given the securities for this page.

Group Editor Input




This will be your main section when creating groups for your organization. All the required fields are marked.
You will fill out items like the name of the group, a description of what the group is for, 
      - In the bottom right there is a check box that will allow you to leave a group open for all enrollments if the group being created desired this.

1. Curriculum: This option will allow you to add items to your group to cover,



Patient Input



This section will be where you can add patients to the group from the back end. 
Notes
When creating a group, we strongly recommend adding at least one person to the group when you are creating it.
 
1. You will first have to search for the patient desired to add to the selected group here. 
      -Once you search, based on your search, a list of clients will show here. Select the one desired to be added by clicking them.
2. The chosen client will appear here. While showing some basic information on the client. The information below will need to be filled out based on your companies desired information. At minimum, which group you are assigning them to will need to be selected.


Patient Assigned By Group


After adding a new patient you will be taken to this page. 
You will see a listing of all the clients assigned to that group and their status. From here you can Edit the clients of that group, via the Action dropdown on the right hand side.




Group Editor History

This section will you to see and edit all the group created in your environment.



1. Here you can search for the desired group name to lower the results and you can sort via Status of the group (All, Active, and Inactive)
2. The Action Dropdown will allow you to View, Print, and Edit the group. As well as, there is a Patients option that will allow you to view the patients in a group from this page. Once you select this option, it will navigate you to the Patients Assigned By Group Page.
