Data Entry Templates let you create a set of pre-filled fields in a form which you can load in with only 2 clicks.
Multiple Data Entry Templates can be created for the same form.
This article will walk through how to create and use Data Entry Templates.
In order to create Data Entry Templates, you must first enable them in your settings.

Creating a Data Entry Template
To create a Data Entry Template, you must first activate the Data Entry Templates feature in your Settings,
To open the Settings article in a new browser tab, click here.
You must be on a page in AxiomEHR which supports the Data Entry Template so in this tutorial, we'll use the GAD-7 page.
If the page you are on supports the feature, you should see a drop down near the top of the page to select a template.
You should also see a button for "Save Template" near the "Save" and "Reset" buttons.
Fill out each field in the form that you would like to autofill using the template.
Not every field needs to have data to create a template--you can fill out whichever fields you like!
For our GAD-7 example, we'll create a template with "0 - Not at all" for each response:
Click "Save Template", give your template a name, then click "Submit". We'll name our example template "All Zero".
The template should now show in the Template Drop Down:
Applying a Data Entry Template
To apply a Data Entry Template, first click on the Template Drop Down and then click on the template you would like to load. AxiomEHR will automatically fill the template data into each field:
Updating a Data Entry Template
To update an existing Data Entry Template, first apply the template by clicking on the Template Drop Down and then on the template you would like to update.
Once AxiomEHR has loaded the existing template into the form, make any changes you would like. |
Once you've finished making updates, click the "Update Template" button to apply your changes:
