The Monitor Display section in the MAT page allows you to edit the look and content that displays on whatever screen is connected.
The Monitor Display has a few sections to display info:
Now Serving
Next Up For Serving
Test Result Ready
Missed Turn
Clinic Message
Monitor Display Breakdown:
Site Select: Choose the site where clients are receiving treatment.
Each site has its own Monitor Display settings.
Clinic Message Editor: Adjust the content that displays in the Clinic Message Display (8 below).
Live Present: Begins presenting the Monitor Display on whatever screen is connected to the computer.
Now Serving: Shows the client who is currently receiving dispensed medication.
Next Up: Shows the next few clients in the queue.
Test Result Ready: Lists clients whose test results are prepared.
Missed Turn: Lists clients who did not respond when they reached the front of the queue.
Color Editor: Allows configuration of each section's color
You can drag any of the 3 sliders around or enter a specific Hex (Hexadecimal) or RGBA (Red, Green, Blue, Alpha) values.
Clinic Message Display: The message (or messages) created in the Clinic Message Editor will regularly scroll along the bottom of the screen.
Clinic Message:
Clinic Message Text: This text is what will scroll across the screen when the Clinic Message is enabled.
Enable the Clinic Message by checking the "Show Clinic Message" checkbox in #2 of the Monitor Display Breakdown section above.
Delete Message Button: Clicking the red "x" will remove that clinic message from the list.
The first Clinic Message cannot be removed, it can only be edited.
If you do not want any messages to show, disable the Clinic Message via the "Show Clinic Message" checkbox in #2 of the Monitor Display Breakdown section above.
Add Another Message: Click here to add an additional Clinic Message.
You can add as many Clinic Messages as you would like.
The Monitor Display will show each Clinic Message one-by-one at the bottom of the screen in the order in which they were created.
