Overview
Any time you need to capture a patients or guardians signature, the following steps will guide you to do so.
The steps will be similar to capturing/saving your signature in the HR module.
Please note, to not use the "Used My Saved Signature" when capturing a client or guardian signature.
1. Click the "Get Signature" button
2. A pop up will appear where you can capture the signature.
3. Choose the correct Signature input method. Either Topaz or Canvas.
We recommend Canvas unless you know your organization uses Topaz machines.
4. Make sure the desired option (Canvas) is highlighted in blue.
5. Using a mouse, or patients finger if you're on a tablet, have them sign in the box.
6. Click Capture.
7. A green Save button will then appear in the bottom right.
8. Click save to fully capture the signature.
