This article will walk you through the process of uploading a fee schedule. This self-serve tool, allows you to:
- Bulk upload fee schedules across all your programs, eliminating the need to manually enter individual rates for each payer.
- Easily update existing fee schedules without editing each rate one by one.
- Manage your rates independently, without needing to submit a support request for bulk updates.
Prerequisites
A user account with the following Data Import page permissions (specific security) enabled:
- Data Import - View: This allows a user to view the page.
- Data Import - Save: This allows a user to use the functions of the page.
Downloading and using the CSV template provided. This file includes the required format and column headers needed for a successful upload.
