Introduction
This article will cover the workflow on how to manually run or schedule the CYBHI Provider Roster report. The report, formatted to Carelon’s requirements, compiles provider enrollment data from the system and generates a .csv file. You then submit this file to Carelon via SFTP, and once approved, the updates are reflected in their system.
NOTE:
If you choose to use the Schedule Report option, we strongly recommend scheduling it to run after hours to avoid potential performance issues, especially if the report involves a large volume of data.
Prerequisites
Dynamic Report page permission(s) enabled under Security Settings for your role or user account.
