Service Codes — Allow One-Minute Overlap
A new configuration toggle named AllowServiceOverlapOneMinute is now available under Support > Configuration.
When set to true, services are allowed to overlap by one minute.
When set to false, services cannot overlap at all.
This gives agencies more control over how tightly service times are enforced.
Updates to Existing Features
Encounter by Employee Report — Include All Staff Types
The Encounter by Employee report has been updated so the Employee dropdown now includes all HR staff types, not only those labeled “Employee.” This ensures the report reflects encounters across the full range of staff roles.
Bug Fixes
Service Plan — Add/Remove Buttons Overlapping
Fixed an issue where the add (+) and remove (–) buttons overlapped, preventing users from managing Service Plan sections.
Progress Notes — Future Date After 3 PM
Progress notes entered after 3 PM were incorrectly saving with the next day’s date. Service dates now save correctly.
Service Plan — Edit Page Crashing
Resolved an issue that caused the Edit Service Plan page to crash.
Dynamic Progress Notes — Prevent Future Dates
Future dates for the Date of Service are now disabled in Dynamic Progress Notes.
Service Plans — Imported Plans Blocking New Plan Creation
Imported plans missing Objectives caused Measure Met validation errors. The system now ensures an Objective exists before validating.
Encounters — Start/End Fields Not Saving Correctly
Start Date, End Date, Start Time, and End Time fields now save correctly when editing encounters.
Dynamic Forms — Autosaves Not Editable/Deletable
Autosaved Dynamic Forms can now be edited or deleted when the user has proper permissions.
Progress Notes — Required Time Fields Not Enforced
Required Travel Time and Documentation Duration settings now properly prevent submission and show a reminder when fields are missing.
HR Roles — Unable to Edit Start/End Dates
Start Date and End Date fields are now visible and editable on HR role records.
CM Progress Notes — Negative Numbers Allowed
Validation has been added to block negative values in Travel Time and Documentation Duration fields.
Clinical Forms Search — Not Showing Other Users’ Entries
Search results now return all forms for the selected client, not just those created by the current user.
