Dynamic Notes: Diagnosis Required Only for Billable Service Codes
We updated the diagnosis requirement in Dynamic Notes to better align with billing needs. Previously, all notes required a diagnosis—even when the note only included non-billable service codes.
With this update:
If any billable service codes are included, a diagnosis is still required.
If all service codes are non-billable, the system no longer requires a diagnosis.
This change streamlines note entry for non-billable services while maintaining necessary compliance for billable ones.
Bug Fixes
Fax Notification Restored for Discontinued Medications
Fixed an issue where discontinuing a medication did not send a fax to the pharmacy. The system now automatically sends the required notification when a prescription is discontinued.
