Progress Notes
Providers can now document overlapping services across multiple notes for the same client when the Global Overlap setting is enabled for the applicable service codes, allowing for more flexible documentation workflows. Previously, the Global Overlap setting only allowed for overlapping codes on the same note.
Critical Info
Added a “Created By” column to the Incomplete section of Critical Info so supervisors can quickly identify the owner of incomplete forms and follow up more efficiently.
Resolved Issues
Residential - Daily Attendance
Fixed an issue where attendance statuses were not updating or persisting correctly after marking clients as present.
Leave statuses now display properly in the attendance popup, and attendance records more accurately reflect associated encounters.
Progress Notes
Fixed an issue that allowed users to edit Dynamic Progress Notes after the configured editing time window had expired, helping ensure documentation integrity and compliance with organization settings.
